Order Processing

Our mod squad works at lightning speed! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order hits the road.

Shipping Options

We offer two fab ways to get your mod treasures:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch
MOD NOTE: For our global customers (excluding Asia and some remote areas), please note that customs fees may apply and aren’t included in your order total.

OUR RETURNS PROMISE

We want you to love every mod-inspired piece as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right, here’s our smooth-as-vinyl returns process:

Return Policy Basics

  • Returns & exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • All items must be in original condition (tags attached, unworn, unwashed) with original packaging
  • Include your order number with all returns

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Earrings and other pierced accessories
  • Hats (including our fabulous Beatle hats)
  • Any sale or clearance items marked “final sale”

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Step 1: Request Authorization

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our mod squad will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (2107 Elfen Glen, Van Buren, US 72956)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely (we recommend original packaging) and include:

  • Completed return form (we’ll email this)
  • Original receipt or packing slip

Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days of approval

REFUND DETAILS

When your refund processes:

  • Credit cards: 3-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
